Preparation:

Simply brew some tea, let it cool down, add the juice of one lemon, sweeten it to taste and put it into ice moulds.
Add a few mint leaves to the ice-cream moulds and place them in the freezer. That’s it! Now all you have to do is wait. Afterwards you have a delicious (and above all low-calorie) refreshment for hot days.
