Palas Supreme ”Garden Tea” from BOH, 15 pyramid bags
Palas Supreme – one of four teas from the ”Garden Tea” series – is an exquisite, large-leaved Flowery Pekoe from the first plucking, where only the leaf bud and the two leaves underneath are picked. It impresses with its amber-coloured cup and the pure delicate fragrance.
The Palas Supreme is a slightly flowery, large-leaf FP (Flowery Pekoe) from the Ceylon and Assam tea plant with a well-rolled leaf. The tea leaves are naturally fermented in the air for 30 minutes. Thanks to the gentle short fermentation, this tea still contains valuable healthy active ingredients.
The first thing you will notice when tasting Palas Supreme is its exceptional and exquisite aroma. This delicate Garden Tea is grown on the temperate tropical slopes of Sungai Palas. Sungai Palas is a tea plantation in Brinchang.
The Palas Supreme variety is a ”Garden Tea” that is naturally pure and unblended from a single tea garden in the Cameron Highlands and is selected for its exceptional character. It is one of our customers’ favourites.
Preparation recommendation: Bring water to the boil. Now pour about 200 ml of boiling water over the pyramid bag. It is best to use freshly boiled water. After the tea has steeped for 2-5 minutes, depending on the desired flavour and strength, it is ready to serve.
