Earl Grey tea from the Cameron Highlands, Malaysia.
Exquisite tea enhanced with tangerine flavour, in a decorative tin, 125 g. This tea is part of the special Seri Songket series.
For this exquisite Earl Grey, the citrus oil of the bergamot plant (which is responsible for the characteristic flavour of this tea) is enriched with the refreshingly sweet aroma of tangerines – a delicate but not overwhelming taste. The tea comes from BOH and is grown on the tea plantations of the Cameron Highlands. These are located at 1,500 metres above sea level and have an ideal climate and special soil to grow the perfect tea.
Preparation recommendation: Take about 2g of black tea Earl Grey Tangerine per cup. Now pour the boiled water over the black tea leaves and let it steep for 3 – 5 minutes, depending on taste. Now nothing stands in the way of enjoying the tea! Quick tip: Do not let the water boil more often or for too long. This will draw out the tea, which will later affect the taste of the tea.
Ingredients: black tea leaves, orange peel, nature identical and natural bergamot flavour. Contains caffeine.
BOH Earl Grey Mandarin Tea is part of the extraordinary “Seri Songket” collection by BOH. The decorative tin and the exotic design of the Malaysian “Songket” pattern are captivating. The exquisite Songket fabric, interwoven with gold threads, is the traditional fabric of Peninsular Malaysia.

What is Earl Grey?
It is the name of a tea blend made from black tea. Originally, this variety consisted exclusively of Chinese teas. There are several legends about its origin. One of them tells a story about its creation by chance. This means that a ship is said to have been carrying black tea, which is said to have mixed with the bergamot plant during the crossing.
