Insider tip for summer: Lemon ice tea with black tea
- Ingredients: 1 litre of water, approx. 11 ice cubes, 120 g sugar to taste, 4 bags of black tea lemon tangerine, 1 lemon.
Preparation: Bring ½ litre of water to the boil. Add the 4 tea bags and let the tea steep for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 4 slices from the lemon.
After the waiting time, remove the tea bags and add the remaining water, the sugar, the 4 lemon slices and a few squirts of juice from the other half of the lemon and stir briefly. Add the ice cubes and place in the fridge for about 3 – 4 hours. Important: Without the ice cubes, the iced tea will be bitter and will not taste good!
