an exquisite highland BOPF (Broken Orange Pekoe Fanning). This wonderful tea is the most characteristic tea from the Cameron Highlands in Malaysia. With its special aroma, it belongs to the favourites of our customers.
BOH Cameronian Gold Blend is a masterful tea creation made from delicate leaves of young Manipuri and Rajghur shoots. These have their origin in Assam. After harvesting, the tea leaves are first rolled and then naturally fermented in the air for two hours. This tea is characterised by its light golden colour and its rich, stimulating aroma.
In order to ensure a persistently good taste, this tea is continuously fed by BOH’s tea experts during the production process. More emphasis is placed on the taste than on the strength of the tea. Only tea leaves that meet the requirements for colour, taste, brightness and aroma are used in this blend.
Enjoy the Cameronian Gold Blend for breakfast or in the afternoon. It is always a pleasure, preferably pure but also with a sip of milk a taste experience.
Packaging: available in a 150 gram tin or as a 150 gram refill.
Also available as tea bags in different sizes.
The Cameron Highlands are among the most fertile locations in Malaysia. The highlands have the right characteristics for the cultivation of excellent tea because it is located more than 1,500 meters above sea level on the main mountain range of Malaysia. Over 70% of Malaysian teas are grown here.
With breathtaking scenery and panoramic views, the plantations are truly picturesque.
The character of BOH tea is strongly influenced by the following conditions: altitude, low temperatures, abundant rainfall and acidic soils. It is precisely these characteristics that make the tea grown there a very special taste experience. It does not have to shy away from comparison with other teas from Asia.
